คำเตือนความเสี่ยงสำคัญ: สัญญาดัชนีเหตุการณ์ (Event Index Contract) เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ความเสี่ยงสูง
มูลค่าสัญญาจะ settle ที่ 1.00 หรือ 0.00 ตามผลของเหตุการณ์อ้างอิงเท่านั้น
ผู้ใช้อาจสูญเสียเงินทั้งหมดที่ใช้เปิดสถานะ ควรใช้เฉพาะเงินที่ยอมรับการสูญเสียได้ทั้งจำนวน
และต้องผ่านแบบประเมินความเหมาะสม (Suitability Test) ก่อนเปิดสถานะเมื่อระบบกำหนด
1. ลักษณะของบริการ
PredictX เป็นแพลตฟอร์มตลาดดัชนีเหตุการณ์ สำหรับติดตาม วิเคราะห์ และแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองต่อความน่าจะเป็นของเหตุการณ์สำคัญด้านเศรษฐกิจ การเมือง สินค้าโภคภัณฑ์ และสังคม
ราคาสัญญา (0.00–1.00) สะท้อน ความน่าจะเป็นที่ตลาดประเมิน (market implied probability) ณ ขณะนั้น
ราคาและบทวิเคราะห์ใด ๆ บนแพลตฟอร์มไม่ใช่คำแนะนำการลงทุน และไม่ใช่การรับประกันผลลัพธ์ของเหตุการณ์
2. สถานะทางกฎหมาย
แพลตฟอร์มนี้ไม่ใช่ตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ศูนย์ซื้อขายสัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้า (เช่น TFEX) ผู้ประกอบธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์/สัญญาซื้อขายล่วงหน้า
หรือผู้ให้บริการทางการเงินที่ได้รับใบอนุญาตจาก ก.ล.ต. ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทย หรือหน่วยงานกำกับดูแลอื่นใด
การอ้างอิงชื่อดัชนีหรือแหล่งข้อมูล (เช่น BOT, SET, LBMA) เป็นการอ้างอิงข้อมูลสาธารณะเพื่อการ settlement เท่านั้น
ไม่ได้แปลว่าหน่วยงานเหล่านั้นรับรองแพลตฟอร์ม ผู้ใช้มีหน้าที่ตรวจสอบและปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายในเขตอำนาจของตนเองก่อนใช้งาน
3. Contract Specification และ Settlement
- ทุกสัญญาระบุ underlying, วันหมดอายุ, แหล่งข้อมูลอ้างอิง และเงื่อนไข settlement ไว้ใน contract specification ของสัญญานั้น
- เมื่อครบเงื่อนไข ระบบจะ settle สัญญาเป็นเงินสด (cash settlement) ที่มูลค่า 1.00 หรือ 0.00 ต่อสัญญา ตามข้อมูลจากแหล่งอ้างอิงที่ระบุ
- ผู้ดูแลระบบจะบันทึกค่าอ้างอิงที่อ่านได้จริง เวลา และหลักฐานประกอบการ settlement ไว้ให้ตรวจสอบย้อนหลังในหน้าสัญญา
- กรณีข้อมูลอ้างอิงขัดแย้ง คลาดเคลื่อน หรือแหล่งอ้างอิงหยุดเผยแพร่ ผู้ดูแลระบบจะตัดสินตามลำดับแหล่งข้อมูลใน contract specification คำตัดสินหลังบันทึกหลักฐานแล้วถือเป็นที่สุด
- ข้อโต้แย้งเกี่ยวกับ settlement ต้องแจ้งภายใน 7 วันนับจากเวลาที่บันทึกการ settle พร้อมหลักฐานอ้างอิง
4. บัญชี, KYC และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสม
ผู้ให้บริการอาจกำหนดให้ยืนยันตัวตน (KYC) และทำแบบประเมินความเหมาะสม (Suitability Test) ให้ผ่านก่อนเปิดสถานะ
ข้อมูลที่ส่งต้องเป็นความจริง การอนุมัติหรือปฏิเสธเป็นดุลยพินิจของผู้ดูแลระบบ
บัญชีมีไว้ใช้ส่วนบุคคล ห้ามใช้แทนบุคคลอื่นหรือใช้เพื่อฟอกเงิน
5. เงิน ค่าธรรมเนียม และการฝาก–ถอน
- การฝากผ่านช่องทางต่าง ๆ (เช่น TrueMoney, payment gateway) อยู่ภายใต้เงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินนั้น ๆ
- การปิดสถานะผ่านกลไกราคาอัตโนมัติมีค่าธรรมเนียมและ price impact ตามสภาพคล่องของสัญญา ราคาที่ได้อาจต่างจากราคาที่แสดงขณะกดคำสั่ง
- เครดิตเริ่มต้นหรือโปรโมชันอาจมีเงื่อนไขการใช้และการถอนแยกต่างหาก
- คำขอถอนต้องผ่านการตรวจสอบของผู้ดูแลระบบก่อนโอนจริง
6. ความเสี่ยงหลักที่ผู้ใช้รับทราบ
- ความเสี่ยงสูญเสียทั้งจำนวน: สัญญาที่ settle ตรงข้ามกับมุมมองของท่านมีมูลค่าเป็นศูนย์
- ความเสี่ยงสภาพคล่อง: อาจไม่สามารถปิดสถานะได้ในราคาที่ต้องการก่อนสัญญาหมดอายุ
- ความเสี่ยงข้อมูลอ้างอิง: แหล่งข้อมูล settlement อาจล่าช้า แก้ไขย้อนหลัง หรือขัดแย้งกัน
- ความเสี่ยงด้านระบบ: ราคา กราฟ และบริการอาจหยุดชะงักหรือคลาดเคลื่อนจากเหตุขัดข้องทางเทคนิค
- ความเสี่ยงด้านกฎหมาย: สถานะทางกฎหมายของผลิตภัณฑ์ลักษณะนี้อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือถูกตีความแตกต่างกันในแต่ละเขตอำนาจ
7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด
ในขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ผู้ให้บริการไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายโดยบังเอิญ หรือกำไรที่คาดว่าจะได้รับ
อันเกิดจากการใช้งานระบบ การหยุดชะงักของบริการ หรือข้อผิดพลาดของข้อมูล ทั้งนี้ไม่ตัดสิทธิที่ผู้ใช้มีตามกฎหมายที่ยกเว้นไม่ได้
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
ข้อกำหนดอาจแก้ไขได้โดยอัปเดตเวอร์ชันบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ ระบบจะขอให้ยืนยันการยอมรับเวอร์ชันใหม่เมื่อมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่มีนัยสำคัญ
การใช้งานต่อเนื่องหลังยืนยันถือเป็นการยอมรับ

Important risk warning: Event Index Contracts are high-risk products.
Each contract settles only at 1.00 or 0.00 based on the outcome of the reference event.
You may lose the entire amount used to open a position. Only use funds you can afford to lose entirely.
Where required by the system, you must pass a Suitability Test before opening positions.
1. Nature of the service
PredictX is an event index market platform for tracking, analysing and exchanging views on the probability of significant economic, political, commodity and social events.
Contract prices (0.00–1.00) reflect the market implied probability at that moment.
Prices and any analysis on the platform are not investment advice and are no guarantee of any event's outcome.
2. Legal status
This platform is not a securities exchange, a derivatives exchange (such as TFEX), a licensed securities/derivatives business,
or a financial service provider licensed by the Thai SEC, the Bank of Thailand or any other regulator.
References to index names or data sources (e.g. BOT, SET, LBMA) are references to public data used for settlement only
and do not imply any endorsement of the platform by those organisations. Users are responsible for verifying and complying with the laws of their own jurisdiction before use.
3. Contract specification and settlement
- Every contract specifies its underlying, expiry date, reference data source and settlement conditions in its contract specification.
- When conditions are met, contracts are cash-settled at 1.00 or 0.00 per contract, based on data from the specified reference source.
- The administrator records the actual observed reference value, timestamp and supporting evidence for each settlement, available for review on the contract page.
- If reference data conflicts, is inaccurate, or the source stops publishing, the administrator decides according to the data-source priority in the contract specification. Decisions made after evidence is recorded are final.
- Settlement disputes must be raised within 7 days of the recorded settlement time, with supporting evidence.
4. Accounts, KYC and the Suitability Test
The operator may require identity verification (KYC) and a passed Suitability Test before positions can be opened.
Submitted information must be truthful; approval or rejection is at the administrator's discretion.
Accounts are for personal use only and must not be used on behalf of others or for money laundering.
5. Funds, fees, deposits and withdrawals
- Deposits via any channel (e.g. TrueMoney, payment gateways) are subject to that payment provider's terms.
- Closing positions through the automated pricing mechanism incurs fees and price impact depending on contract liquidity; the executed price may differ from the displayed price.
- Starting credits or promotions may carry separate usage and withdrawal conditions.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the administrator before any transfer is made.
6. Key risks you acknowledge
- Total-loss risk: a contract that settles against your view is worth zero.
- Liquidity risk: you may be unable to close a position at your desired price before expiry.
- Reference-data risk: settlement sources may be delayed, revised retroactively, or conflict with each other.
- System risk: prices, charts and services may be interrupted or inaccurate due to technical failures.
- Legal risk: the legal status of products of this nature may change or be interpreted differently across jurisdictions.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages or lost profits
arising from use of the system, service interruptions or data errors. This does not affect rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be amended by updating the version on the server. The system will ask you to confirm acceptance of a new version when material changes occur.
Continued use after confirmation constitutes acceptance.
